Oti Barimah has been amazing. A small holder snail farmer in Mpraeso and a seller of his snails on the Anyinam- Jejeti Stretch in the Eastern Region was amused about our visit to his farm in Mpraeso.
We noted the pain points from our conversation and he was made know of our mission also.

He spared time to send us to his selling point where two other workers of his sell their produce by the roadside to travelers.
We had a good time.

Barimah didn’t stop from there but followed us to Obonyan, where we were going to have negotiations on our land site. He seemed very interested and shared with us stories around his business and lessons we could take note in the industry. Some of them were price fluctuations in the wet and dry seasons and how he influences prices at which he supplies some local eateries and restaurants.

Barimah was with us the whole time. Barimah is our Icon!
